Job Summary
As a Junior Study Designer you’ll help craft the digital instruments and workflows used to capture high‑quality, compliant clinical data. You will collaborate with senior designers and engineering to translate protocol requirements into intuitive forms and guided user experiences.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to refine electronic form requirements
- Define edit checks, branching logic, and workflow steps
- Support UX layout & accessibility improvements
- Assist with study configuration validation and UAT support
- Create / refine user‑facing documentation & training material
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM, Health Sciences, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable context switching
- Strong written & verbal communication; client‑facing poise
- Comfort with spreadsheets and structured data concepts
- Nice to have: exposure to EDC/eSource, clinical trials, UX writing
Software Developer I

Role Snapshot
- Implement product features across the stack (UI through data layer)
- Participate in code reviews & lightweight design discussions
- Write maintainable, testable JavaScript / C# / SQL (stack illustrative)
- Collaborate with study design & QA on validation scenarios
- Contribute to internal tooling & automation improvements
Qualifications
- Solid grounding in software fundamentals (data structures, HTTP, relational data)
- Experience with at least one modern front‑end approach (Vanilla JS, React, etc.)
- Clear communicator and collaborative problem solver
- Interest in healthcare / life‑sciences is a plus
