- On-site ePROs
- Where a project requires ePROs to be completed solely at in-study visits, we deploy our On-site ePRO module.
- This module allows participants to complete the ePRO forms directly on a tablet while in the office. Site staff have access to devices which they lock down in kiosk mode. Kiosk mode allows the participant to complete their forms for the visit and not access any other data or aspect of the device.
- Notifications can be configured to remind site staff of the forms required to be completed at each visit based upon the protocol visit schedule.
- Off-site ePROs (BYOD)
- Where a project requires ePROs to be completed at home by the participant, we deploy our Off-site ePROs (BYOD) module.
- This module allows participants to complete the ePRO forms directly on their own device (iOS or Android) from wherever they are. The NEForm application is sandboxed; meaning, it only has access to the designed app functionality, and no other application can interact with it.
- Notifications can be configured to remind patients when forms are required to be completed based upon the protocol visit schedule.
